- 美国IT和计算机高等教育的发展趋势(Trends in Higher Education for Computing and IT)
- The changing landscape of the computing profession and Computer Science Education The key element of all Computing systems is that of abstraction, using abstract models and descriptions to represent some system of natural laws and dynamics. This basic element reflects in all areas of Computer Science, but most notably in software systems and programming languages. Current trends in computing emphasize the language support and tools for defining and applying abstractions in various forms, but do not address the human element – how do programmers and designers understand, create, and use these abstraction mechanisms, and what are the important current trends in the IT/IS industry and in Computer Science education to address this. This talk will review the trends and issues in these areas of development, and how programmers and developers can best adapt to most effectively express the creativity and intelligence in these computing areas.
